Top Priority
Jesus was once asked, "What is the most important commandment?" He replied by quoting Deuteronomy 6:5, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength. These commands are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children."
Think about it
If someone followed you around for a week and recorded everything you did and thought, what would they conclude were your top life priorities?

Will You Have Regrets?
The bookstores are filled with biographies of "successful" people who look back and say, "I wish I had spent more time with my family. Now that I am old, I can see now the things that matter...and I missed them." I don't want to end my life on that note. God has given me the task of parenting NOW.

Videos

Video 1 is a very large file. Approx 30MB. It is in full DVD resolution so you can burn it to a DVD, bring it into a video editor, or show it on a large projection screen.

Video 1 - Short clips of Rob sharing about his journey, and Visionary Parenting. Can be shown as is, and you can add additional information before or after the clip with specific details of your event. Watch the video on YouTube below.

You can also send your audience the direct YouTube link as a part of email promotion that you may do:

Video 2 - I recommend using a video from www.sermonspice.com - It is called "Imitation." It is helpful to use this to reach dads with young kids.

Bios

Bio for Dr. Rob Rienow (feel free to shorten as needed):

Rob married Amy in 1994 and they have been blessed with 5 children. His most important ministry is loving his wife and leading his children to know God and love Him. Rob's mom came to Christ shortly after he was born so he was blessed to be introduced to Jesus at an early age. His parents divorced when he was in high school and God used that painful time in his life to give him a heart for young people and families going through dark times. He attended Wheaton College, then completed an MA in theology at Wheaton College Graduate School, an MDiv from Trinity International Divinity School, and a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Leadership from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. He served as a Youth Pastor at Wheaton Bible Church from 1993-2004, and now serves there in the role of Family Pastor. He is the author of the book "God's Grand Vision for the Home." He and his wife Amy have founded a ministry called Visionary Parenting which inspires parents and grandparents to disciple their children, and equips churches to build biblical family ministries.
