Family Worship          

God calls parents to take the lead in passing faith to their children at home. This begins with the practice of family worship. In Deuteronomy 6:7, in response to the Great Commandment, God calls His people to "talk about [the word of God] when you sit at home." For centuries, this has been called family worship - the time the family gathers together for prayer, Bible reading, sharing, and spiritual growth with one another. God calls parents and grandparents to lead family worship, and therefore He calls churches to help inspire them, encourage them, and equip them to be successful. At Wheaton Bible Church, part of our mission is to love God through worship at home. To that end, we provide Family Worship Guides to help families discover the joy and power of family worship.
